Great location! Nice apartment, very spacious and comfortable. Photos correspond to reality. Everything you need for your stay. Large terrace, comfortable beds. Michalis welcomed us, showed us everything and even told us about the city, the surroundings and various places of interest.

"A little gem in the heart of the city"

The apartment was spacious, very clean, in an excellent location and had everything we could possibly need. The big balcony provided a great place to chill out with a few drinks and take in the views around us. There was parking on site for one car and a public car park a few metres away. Pantelitsa our host was very welcoming and gave us some great suggestions for bars and places to eat in the vicinity. Definitely a place we will return to!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about the apartment, location or host.

"Great stay at Warm Residence in the heart of the City with balcony"

We loved the size of the apartment and balcony and it was only a 15 min walk to the old town of Nicosia. The staff were extremely attentive.

The hot water even though on solar took some time to warm up but all good in the end.
