The biggest highlight of this property is definitely the location. Supermarkets and a bus station are just a short walk away, and we could reach the beach within minutes. What I really appreciated was the flexibility: you can choose between quieter beaches or more lively, crowded areas, and you’re close to the town center and main attractions without being stuck in a noisy area. Communication with the staff was excellent — they were very helpful and even allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which we truly appreciated. The apartment itself is spacious and well-configured. We were five people and felt very comfortable. Although there was only one bathroom, we knew that in advance, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, for the price we paid, it offers fantastic value.

Keeping in mind that this was one of the most affordable options available, expectations should remain realistic. The furniture is a bit outdated, the drainage was slightly slow, and the cleaning could have been more thorough — there was some dust on the floor when we arrived. These are minor drawbacks considering the price, but still worth mentioning. Overall, I would recommend this property, especially for travelers looking for a great location at a very reasonable price rather than luxury accommodation.

Despite being advertised as a full apartment, the first apartment we were initially placed in was not a real apartment in practice. In reality, the first unit was just a single room with a small entry-like area, where a few kitchen countertops had been installed. The overall setup felt very basic and temporary, more like an improvised or makeshift space rather than a properly designed living apartment. The furniture was very old, mismatched, and worn, and the kitchen was not a proper kitchen unit but a collection of disconnected elements, which made the space feel poor and unfinished. The most serious issue in the first apartment was the windows. They were shop display windows, not residential ones. As a result, there was virtually no sound insulation at all. With heavy traffic outside, it felt as if there were no windows at all, making it nearly impossible to sleep or rest. After seeing the condition and quality of the first apartment, we asked the owner whether it would be possible to change the unit to one facing the backyard instead of the road, in order to reduce the noise. To his credit, the owner was responsive and agreed to change our accommodation. The alternative apartment facing the backyard was significantly better, much quieter, and overall a good place to stay. Overall, while the initial apartment was misleadingly advertised and unsuitable, the owner’s willingness to address the issue and provide a better alternative deserves recognition.
