The owner was very Kind.

The Building was in a por condition with humidity on the walls and cables outside the walls. In the apartment were several cockroaches. Very disappointed. For leaving the apartment as we had to leave the key inside it we couldn’t take the lift and should take our heavy luggage by stairs. The apartment was in the third floor!

I loved the location. Being able to cross the road and have a coffee by the beach was lovely. There's also a convenience store immediately downstairs. It was a good location for everything I needed to do. I liked the fact that it was available for a reasonable price at such short notice, generally clean and had everything I needed. The AC was effective, which was nice when coming in from a hot day. The small touches were nice like providing toiletries, beach towel or plug adapters.

The corridors in the building is a little worse for wear. One working tiny lift. Also because a fob is required for the front door and the lift, it makes everything a little more high stakes like heading downstairs to pick up a food delivery (because they can't come up to your door). If I forgot my phone and key fob in the apartment, I honestly don't know what I would have done. Some of the blankets still had a woman's hair in them. The microwave wasn't very good. I think some bottled drinking water upon arrival would be a nice touch.

The place matched my expectations. Some highlights: - independent water heater for shower - high speed wi-fi and large table for work - bus stop for bus #30 is near the building - a few good cafes within walking distance - sea and park outside

Neighbours were noisy in the evening or in the morning on several occasions

Location of the apartments is advantage and disadvantage at the same time. This is a city center, but we didn’t know that city center is not good choice to stay in Limassol due to old buildings (and it’s not about nice old architecture), it’s about buildings where you can make a horror film. WiFi is very good!

Very old building with cockroaches and bad smell in the apartments. Uncomfortable bed, pillows, sofa should take thrown into the trash at all. Musty smell and the smell of cockroach poison. Suspicious people gather near the building in the evening and you cannot feel safe. The boiler in the apartment is a flow-through one and the water is slightly warm, and only in the bathroom, in the kitchen it is cold. In the description you will see that living room and bedroom are separate but in fact it’s the same place.

Ideal location: -the embankment is just across the road, -the beach with sun loungers -is 5 minutes away, -many cafes are nearby on the embankment, -small shops are just nearby, -a supermarket is 5 minutes away,, -theatre 10 minutes away, -open air stage where entertainment events take place in the old port 7 minutes away, -many more interesting things within walking distance.
