+ Location great. +Quiet place next to services. +There is a supermarket within walking distance. +Apartment was very clean and spacious. Great for families.

-Internet connection REALLY bad. Lagging a lot even when using Youtube. Watching Netflix of have video calls not possible at all. -TV in the flat was pretty old model. On the other hand due to bad internet connection there would have been no use even if there would been a newer one. - Warm water boiler really small or not existing. When taking shower this was quite annoying.
