Good, cozy apartment with a very comfortable bed, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen (various pans, pots, dishwasher, etc.), as well as a nice bathroom with heated floors. Good location on a quiet street 10 minutes away from the very centre and around 10 minutes away from a nice forest paths.

One negative aspect was the absence of hot water roughly half of the times it was needed.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mariánské Lázně. The apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made resting after long walks around the town especially enjoyable. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent – easy to reach and very convenient for exploring the area. The check-in process was simple, quick, and completely stress-free. The building itself is beautiful, with classic 19th-century architecture, and the whole neighborhood is quiet, elegant, and full of charm. Staying here really added to the overall experience of this lovely spa town. All in all, a great place to stay – we would gladly return and recommend it without hesitation.
