Very clean and large in spaces, and have all the facilities included inside, next to coop and the only starbucks to go coffee near by, the property is very new, the parking area is wide and safe. We had a great experience in the apartment. Many thanks for the host for letting us until 12 pm for the check out and giving us a free parking.

The only thing was missing is the microwave, if this was added every thing would be perfect. For me i like large smart TV the one was available is a bit small for the lovely wide living room I suggest 55” smart TV and up.

Very hot. They did provide fans, but we all slept very poorly despite great bedding . Even had doors open at night.

No lights outside the entrance it’s dark can’t find the key hole. Dryer water tank no one monitor water tank full dryer keep stopping. Figured long time to get water tank out…. Toilet seat size is not match the toilet bowl. You can see photo

Apartment was of exceptional quality from large and spacious apartment for family, decor very new and comfortable and directly opposite main train station and supermarket facilities. We had everything one could possibly need.

This apartment is HUGE for European standard. Two completely separate full bedrooms, very large beds, and a giant open living room/dinning area with sofa(bed). Kitchen is quite well equipped with modern appliances and basic cooking utensils (no condiment or food items). Washer and dryer in the unit which was very useful. Location is extremely convenient -- right next to the train/bus station, a large COOP supermarket, and also a smaller one with longer operating hours. We used this apartment as a base to conveniently explore half of the country. The office is in the same building and people there are very helpful (but only present during work hours). If you need a convenient base for a larger group, this is THE place to stay.

We arrived in the evening when office was closed. We were provided with instructions on how to get the key, but still had quite a bit of trouble. Part of this is our very limited German language, but the instruction could probably be more clear too. Fortunately the after-hour phone line was still open and eventually we got the keys. The kitchen is well equipped but has no microwave oven. The area is a little removed from the most touristy area so most top-rated restaurants are further away, but a quick bus or train ride (or a pleasant walk) get you right into the center of actions.

Great location to train station and coop. Apartment was really huge and nice, lots of storage. Woke up to snow capped mountain from the bed!

The washer and dryer were not in English so was hard to figure out but we managed.

Super spacious apartment. Great for a family or friends traveling together. The building is a bit corporate but it's very close to the train station which is convenient and a short walk to the main area of Interlaken.

We would have loved some of the personal touches that we've grown used to with good airbnb's / hotels. We asked for restaurants recommendations and were just told 'there's a lot of stuff around'. Minor but stuff like great local spots make you love a place.
