Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Lage war gut.

Alles in allem enttäuschend. Die Bilder suggerieren deutlich mehr als das was man vorfindet. Der Renovierungsstau ist auffallend. Von den 3 Apartments die wir in unserer Gruppe gemietet hatten war dies das Schlechteste und das Einzigste wo zusätzlich noch Kurtaxe erhoben wurde.

"Große Wohnung mit guter Basisausstattung aber einigen kleinen Defekten."

Das Apartment ist recht zentral gelegen, man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt, an der großen Therme oder bei kleinen Läden. Auch kann man gut zu Fuß zu einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten laufen und ganz entspannt Spaziergänge machen. Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig und hell. Wir haben sie außerdem sauber und in der Küche re echt gut ausgestattet erlebt. Die uns "betreuende" Person war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Zum Parken sollte man die Garage dazu buchen, ansonsten kann man in der Stadt nichtwirklich parken, es gibt zwar öffentliche Parkplätze, aber die kosten auch alle.

Trotz der an sich guten Ausstattung gibt es viele kleine Mängel: Die Jaccuzzifunktion der Badewanne ist kaputt, es fehlen ausreichend Handtuchhalter, viele Rolladen sind "kaputt" bzw. die Rollohalterung innen ist abgebrochen. In der Küche gehen viele der Detailleuchten nicht, die Messer sind unscharf und die Wohnung ist an sich recht leer, besonders das Wohnzimmer fällt ehr leer aus.

Gute Lage und große Wohnung

Die ganze Wohnung ist mangelhaft. Abgebildete Jacuzzi funktioniert nicht. WC Spülung ist kaputt. Rolladen in der Küche ist auch defekt. Die Mikrowelle heizt 30 min. Kann man nicht einstellen. Die angebotene Garage ist feucht.

Erstmal die Lage, wahr alles gut erreichbar und gute Aussichten. In der Wohnung wahr sauber und gut ausgestattet ( inklusive Bettwäsche, Badewanne Handtücher ) Mit der Wohnung sind wir richtig zufrieden und wir sind schon am überlegen ob wir nochmals nach Karlsbad fahren und die selbe Wohnung nehmen. Klare weiter Empfehlung.

I had a wonderful stay! Everything was very good — the apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. All my requests were handled quickly and fully, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, just a short distance from the city center, making it very convenient for exploring. The people who manage the apartments were very polite, welcoming, and professional. Another big plus was the garage located close to the apartments, which made parking very easy. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
