Z apartmánu je skvělý výhled do okolních kopců, bezprostředně i do okolních stromů, takže si člověk vůbec nepřipadá jako v paneláku.

Bezpečnostní schránka na klíče měla přes zámek takovou tvrdou plastovou destičku (která asi původně sloužila jako kryt), se kterou nešlo hnout ani jedním směrem, takže se musela ohnout, aby se člověk dostal k číselníku.
