"Pleasant"

Location was good. The possibilitu to park the car for free.

The person who gave the keys to the flat was late 45min although I wrote a message 40min before arrival as I was asked. I wrote one more time when we came and got a messsage that he will be late 20min,but he came only after 45min. The shower handle was broken. There was water dripping from boiler. We were six persons and the were no possibility to make one sofa double. And there are no way to stay here six adults in the flat because of it. Our smallest children were able to sleep on that sofa but it wasn't comfortable at all for them.

There is a coffe machine. There is a nice balcony beside the staircase.

The boiler is dripping. The sofa’s leather cover is very used. The key was broken, but the repaired it.

The shower does not worked properly, some water appeared from the pipes. It was not so clean as we have expected.

"Not great, not terrible."

Location is amazing. Near to city center, train station, public transport, car parking. Comfy bed.

A bit older equipment and furniture. Noisy boiler, not easy to regulate temperarure of heating or shower. Sofas not very comfy for sleeping.

"Ants and creepy boiler"

Location was great next to train and bus station, lot of space, tv + wifi.

When we first came there it was not clean, there were bugs in sugar and ants on the floor. Kitchenware was dirty, we had to clean it before using it with not even available derergent to clean it. In the bathroom there was very creepy boiler and only extremly hot water to shower. Only one toilet paper, not more for us to use during the stay, not even hand cloth to dry hands after toilet. We were told the heatings works but we turn it up and it did nothing. It really needs new equipment and proper cleaning to be good.

Convenient location, just 5 minutes from the city center. The owner also offered us to use their parking lot. the apartment is spacious and clean. Quiet place for a family. Definitely recommend
