Apartmány Friday

Ubytovanie je takmer v centre, vybavenie je úplné, pekná záhradka na grilovanie, nezvyčajne zariadený apartmán, pričom študovaním jeho histórie a vystavených artefaktov viete stráviť nejaký čas. Výnimočne pohodlné postele.

Příjemná paní majitelka, ubytování krásné, čisté, cítili jsme se jako doma. Vybavení nadstandardní. Rádi se opět vrátíme ! ❤️🍀👍

The location is great, nestled in a quiet residential street, yet totally walkable to downtown Liberec. We mainly used it as a base for day trips, and for that purpose, it worked really well. Street parking wasn’t too hard to find, which was a bonus since we didn’t opt for the paid parking. Just note: the driveway setup is a one-laner shared between two apartments, so there’s a bit of coordination required if both guests have cars.

We stayed in the so-called “balcony” apartment, but don’t get too excited — it’s more of a Juliet balcony with a view of the courtyard (no morning coffee sipping out there). Unfortunately, the apartment had a persistent musty smell, suggesting ongoing moisture issues, not just from the storage area near the entrance. We aired it out as much as possible, but the smell lingered like an unwanted houseguest. The decor could generously be described as “eclectic grandmother thrift-store chic” there are a lot of knickknacks. Opening a window often felt like playing Tetris with dusty figurines. Not ideal when you’re just trying to let in some fresh air. There was a kids’ electronic book that didn’t work and the toys in the outdoor shed had definitely seen better (and probably cleaner) days though our kid still had fun rummaging through them. The kitchen felt like a graveyard for mismatched cookware. No coffee maker of any kind, which was a hard start to the mornings. Basics like salt, pepper, and sugar were provided, but even a bit of oil or a spice or two would’ve been helpful. The bed was placed on a high platform, making it a bit awkward to climb into, and it was very firm, and this is coming from someone who actually likes firm beds. The bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom face a courtyard where a nearby business operates. Expect early-morning noise and long-idling cars if you sleep with the windows open. Oh and the bathroom had a...unique smell. Somewhere between stale smoke and a washing machine that’s lost the will to live. All in all, we wouldn’t stay here again. There are better options in Liberec for the same price. This one just didn’t live up to the charm it tries to suggest in the photos.

The host was very friendly The kitchen is well equipped The bathroom is clean and has a useful washing machine. The apartment is closed to Liberec Center, restaurants, and many attractions for kids.

The smell in the apartment is terrible - a combination of wetness, mold, and spray against insects. The surroundings of the apartment are full of constructions, dust, and noise. The apartment is not very clean and is not taken care of very well in the common and living rooms. The host does not have internet access, and it was difficult to communicate with her.
