If you're visiting EPFL this is the perfect place to stay (economy). Nearby metro station is 15 min. walking distance.

Nice studio with essential amenities but very good privacy, great for a work stay of a week or so. Location is perfect, just off the EPFL campus. Gracious host, stocked kitchenette, all round a very effective lodging for a work trip

Dinner choices around the immediate vicinities are somewhat limited, but metro closeby to the centre. Furniture and amenities may appear somewhat tired and could probably do with some amount of refreshing, but still a very good value in Lausanne for a work stay

Extremely functional house despite being so small.. it collects everything you need: wide parking lot with close gate, enough furniture, kitchen, table to take a seat and study. I have found the bed quite comfortable. Wifi is top. I appreciated the satellite channels on the TV. Staff is friendly and at disposal upstairs. Basic fundamentals all present: water, soap, body soap, hygenic paper.. 15 minute walking from the EPFL metro station and 5 minutes from the EPFL. It is located in a greenish area, so no noisy actors or traffic. You sleep good in the night.

The WC was dirty when I opened it...so I had to clean it myself..only this point deserves the rate 6 I am giving!!! The place seems left on its own, which makes it hard to detect. You almost get afraid the house does not exist until you ring the bell and they open the door.. Absolutely no lights at the entrance during the night so you must have any torch or smartphone to find the way out. Staff only speaks French.. One of the furnitures is just left there.. is supposed to be a third bed but it is blocked and can't be used. It just occupies the little space you have. The shutters block the entrance if you keep them down. This way you have to leave them up when you leave the house - so anyone can see if the house is busy.. You close the house in the same way you close a window with a key... not safe if you keep computers inside.. Bed cushions are...sofa cushions! That's really uncomfortable and causes neck pain..!! No hairdryer, a little problem for people with long hair, maybe..
