+The condominium was very nice +the host was very open and welcoming +internet and TV were working good

-Poor cleanliness: The flat was very dirty and appeared not to be properly cleaned after the last guests (dirty stovetop, dirty surfaces, dirty sink at the churrasqueira). The rugs in the living room and kitchen are probably never changed, we found food leftovers stomped into the fabric and were generally very dirty. -Poor furnishing/equipment: The kitchen had very little and low quality equipment. The furniture was very poor quality and had suffered a lot of destruction. The bed mattresses were worn out. The oven did not work (only the stovetop). -Lack in comfort: the flat advertises two bathrooms. But while there are two showers, only one could be used at the time, due to faulty water distribution. the flat advertises sound-proofing, but that is certainly not applicable to the living room, as the windows are equipped with built in mosquito screens that cannot be closed any further. Loud parties by the neighbors were audible very clearly.
