O apartamento tem ótima localização, de frente para o mar. As mobílias em madeira estão com cheiro forte de mofo e a parte hidráulica precisa de alguns reparos (descargas dos banheiros). Tirando esses detalhes, nossa estadia foi super tranquila e os funcionários do prédio são uma gracinha!
