Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung.

Wir haben für 80€ einen privaten Parkplatz gebucht, direkt am Gebäude. Weil der Parkplatz zu klein ist für heutige Autos, haben wir 120 Franken Strafe von der Polizei bekommen. Auf mehrmaligen Nachfragen haben wir weder die Strafe noch die Parkgebühr zurück erhalten. Das finde ich nicht fair.

The proximity to town was about 10-15 minutes, which was good. That’s where the positives end, unfortunately.

Where should I start…location: the walk was uphill from most directions (town, or train station) - not great with a lot of luggage or for people who struggle with hills. The level of cleanliness was significantly dire. I saw cobwebs, mould, dead ants, and the place reeked of cheap disinfectant. The “blankets” provided for the sofa bed were a joke - the most threadbare blankets I’ve ever seen. Both bed and sofa bed were incredibly uncomfortable and we did not sleep well at all. You also cannot close the blinds from inside…! Unfortunately there was much noise most of the day and evenings, making it very difficult to sleep. The “garden view” apartment is also below ground…there is no automatic lighting in the stairway etc and is just all around, not great value for money and unfortunately I do believe you are far better off staying elsewhere. We had a 1/5 star experience here - very disappointing that there was additionally nowhere to leave luggage pre/post stay, and 30CHF was demanded for us to be able to enter the room 45 minutes earlier…all around very disappointing and very badly designed and organized.

Questa è una critica non mirata solamente alla struttura ma al sistema per quasi tutti… Non potete avere un check-in alle 16:00 per check out alle 10 perché troppo tardi l’entrata et troppo presto l’uscita. Capisco il marketing e anche il mettere in ordine per i clienti successivi però rende una vacanza un po’ seccante visto che la mattina bisogna fuggire relativamente presto ( essendo in vacanza)
