Connie was so nice and helpful, and the apartment has everything you need. the car parking was a plus for us, and the supermarket was a walking distance. You need a car to explore Lugano.

When we checked in, there was a smell of sewage, but it was gone the next day. Also, we couldn't control the heater, and it got a bit hot so we had to open the window.

"Clean, cosy"

The apartment was very clean and quiet. You had everything you needed!The kitchen was clean, bathroom clean, bedroom clean, livingroom clean. There were a lots of sunlight and it was spacious!! The grocery store is very close. We felt safe!
