The view was amazing, the kitchen had everything and was super practical. The whole place felt like a home away from home.

Place is just amazingly beautiful. All is great. Stop wasting your time to search for a better apartment and book this apartment. Hosts are very helpful. Just eight minutes walk to train station and great breakfast at Barry restaurant. Place is just like the pictures, fantastic. Everything works and it's comfortable. Probably the best apartment in Grindelwald. There is also a area for younger kids to play in the apartment with games for them. Check out the vintage sports book they have in the apartment, it's cool. You can call the Indian restaurant for delivery, they will tell you they don't deliver, so tell them to order a taxi that will pick it up from thier restaurant, that they accept.. Hosts let me check out at 12.15. The apartment guide / manuel / instructions have so many details and were very professionally done.

4th floor no elevator is fine, but I didn't know it is like this in advance, so if it's an issue for you then better talk to the taxi driver in advance, so he can take the luggage upstairs for you. I was expected to remove garbage from the room at the last day, I just can't understand why, since we pay a cleaning fee.

All are fine. Everything is good.

The space was warm and cozy. The living and dining areas were spacious for a family of 5 adults. Loved all of the wood furniture and floors. The kitchen was spacious to hang out around. The deck was comfortable with tables and seating. Bedrooms were comfortable and warm. Bathrooms were clean, roomy, with nice water pressure and really fast to get hot-hot. And last but not least, the view was incredible of the hillsides and mountains. The proximity of the bus stop was nice too and it was easy to walk to multiple terminals.

There was nothing to dislike. Climbing stairs wasn’t easy for older family but they made it. Waiting an hour between local bus wasn’t super convenient but that’s nothing against this location. We planned accurately on our day of departure and took the bus up to the terminal with our luggage which worked well. No negatives about the place, just good to knows for anyone else with elder family or those not used to walking up hill.

It need to walk with luggage to the property, steep road. And to carry your luggage to 4th floor by staircase only.

Everything was excellent, the kindness of the host was amazing.

The price bit high . Check out time too early 10 am .

So well appointed. Clean, modern and welcoming. Spacious and comfortable.
