Location, spaciousness

- Complimentary bottle of Freixenet upon arrival. - The location is PERFECT. It has a wonderful view from the terrace. - The kitchen and the apartment is fully equipped, including an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer... Just missing some disposable kitchen towels. - Protected parking space (although tricky to open at first). - Good wifi connection. - Enough toilet paper rolls (highly appreciated). - Fluffy towels. - 2 different types of pillows (highly appreciated as usually Swiss-German-Austrian pillows are usually different and too soft). - Coffee and tea, and toiletries included.

- Bad air quality in the apartment, especially in the small room and the living room (sneezing, constant dry throat and itchiness, cough), which disturbed our rest during the night. We didn't know whether it was because of the dryness, or because we realised the next day that there was mold in some areas - Small room and the bathroom - (we didn't inspect the apartment thoroughly, but saw them in the corner. Not sure if maybe there were more spots. The host should definitely look into it and solve this issue. Mentioned it to them). I would highly recommend to avoid our mistake (we left it closed), and sleep with the window opened. - Unclear instructions (too lengthy and convoluted sometimes). - Self check-in was through keys being left in a lock (unlocked when we arrived. Opening code was set and the box was open. Maybe a mistake from the previous guests). It doesn't seem too safe. - We believe trash policy (taking it out, where to recycle, etc.) should only be applied to guests who stay longer and need to take the trash out. It is stressful to figure out for a non-Swiss person where to throw everything, especially when the check-out is at 10am and we didn't gather too much garbage (1 night). Instructions of where to find the container is also quite confusing. I understand it for longer stays, but for short stays where trash is not accumulated, given the high price per night, it should be the cleaning staff who takes it out. It added a very stressful factor given the fact that we had to deduct 30mins from our stay just to figure all this out. I would either recommend extending the check-out time, or changing the policy. - We were not allowed a later check-out due to a guest arriving. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00. 6h for cleaning and not taking out the trash themselves seem to be more than enough time. - Mattress was too soft for our taste. - Communication could be improved. - Netflix didn't work.

Amazing location with views of the Lauterbrunnen valley and close to the postbus stop. Very well supplied, loved the espresso machine and the washer/dryer in the apartment. Comfy and spacious, very clean.

Spacious property, extremely clean and well equipped. Good communication. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Lauterbrunnen. Set along the road from the main street the property was in a quieter location. Loved the outdoor seating area with views of the waterfalls.

The location is perfect. It's a 10-minute walk to the store and a 5-7 minute walk to the nearest pub. The apartments are spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had more than enough utensils. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco, which was a delightful surprise. I had a hair styler with me that didn't fit any of the sockets, so we contacted the host, and they brought us an adapter the same day. Check-in was at 4 PM, but we arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage, which was extremely convenient. We couldn't hear any other guests, and spending evenings on the veranda, overlooking the Staubbach waterfall, was magical.

Cleanliness, location, amenities, and very helpful owner/service.

The location was perfect, with stunning views of the waterfall and the mountains, and the bus stop was right outside of the apt community. The apt was clean and the host thought of everything to make it a comfortable stay. The instructions and recommendations provided by the host were clear and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.
