We originally planned to stay in Lucerne to enjoy the lake, but the city was too crowded and expensive. Through Booking we found this place instead — and it truly felt like spending a night in a little piece of paradise. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, giving us excellent transportation tips. The apartment was very comfortable, and all the amenities were high‑quality. My parents and I all slept for nine solid hours — that’s how peaceful and grounding the place felt. The room had a brand‑new coffee machine, the kitchen was fully equipped, and everything was spotless and modern, including the bathroom. The internet was also very fast. After dinner, I even took a quiet walk nearby with my dad. The natural surroundings, the silence, and the unique beauty of the area made the stay unforgettable. The place has a warm, homely feeling — almost like a small farm — which makes sense because the host used to work with cattle. You can feel that warmth and sincerity in the house. A truly wonderful stay.
