the view is great

Location was good but its bit hill area and takes bit of an effort to reach the property. Also its not easy to locate the property easily despite of the instruction. May be a picture guide might be more help full

Location and cleanliness

No washing machine in the apartment or the building was a bit troublesome.

Not enough pillows (personal preference)

Great two bedroom apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch. The kitchen is fully equipped. Balcony view of Matterhorn at one end which is a nice spot for an evening drink, if you don’t mind rugging up. Deep bath is great for a hot soak at the end of a long day. Appreciated directions on how to find the building as we would have been lost otherwise.

Very steep walk to accomodation from the train station with luggage up some hills and steep stairway to the building. We wanted to use the sauna but instructions were not available in English so we could not get it working. We also didn’t know where it was located and found out on the second night that it’s actually in the basement of the building. We had to leave cash in an envelope for the city tax which was an issue for us as we were only using credit cards for our 5 weeks of travel so this was the first time we could not use our card and no-one was available to help, just a third party person on the booking app.

Wonderful location and view from the balcony. Quiet and restful. Well equipped.

View, spaciousness

No air conditioning.

Very nice apartment, with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathtub. The heating is under the floors, and the apartment is nice and warm. Many electric sockets for charging devices. Very pretty view of the Matterhorn. It's around a five-minute walk to the Sunnegga funicular entrance.

The apartment doesn't have a microwave or washing machine & dryer (known in advance). It's located up a hill, so if you have heavy luggage it's easier to take a taxi.
