The value of this location is great! It was very walkable from the train station, and the views from the balcony were excellent. It was really nice to have a kitchen to cook some familiar food for my kids. There is a nice deep bathroom too that we enjoyed.

The beds weren’t the most comfortable but it was worth it for price and views.

Great location. Fantastic view from the balcony. Renovated and fully equipped kitchen. Spacious rooms. After we reported a damage in the bathroom, the host came really quickly and gave us an extra apartment to stay and use until checkout. Even after the damage was repaired.

On the upper floor where the bed is, the space between the bed and wall was very dirty and full of fluff. Also the toilet was leaking a lot. The damage was really obvious and there is no excuse for the cleaners not to see it. After the plumber fixed it, the bathroom was not cleaned again. On departure we were asked to remove the linen from the beds and to take out the rubbish in particular bags and also recycle plastic paper and glass. We ended up searching for the "recycling tubs" in the rain. So what do the cleaning services really offer?

Superb place for a superb value! The kitchen is fully equipped (with salt/sugar/spices/coffee-filters available). The only thing is to mention that you need to bring the special '3-pronged' adapter to use your devices (you can buy one at the local coop for 7 CHF). Make sure to use the 2 fans provided (especially in the loft) for more comfort.

Location was very good and also enjoyed excellent view of mountains from balcony.

Cleaning staff was late and we entered in the room at 4 pm after cleaning. No lift facility was available, so if you have heavy luggages then you have to carry those of your own to the 3rd floor.

Everything was amazing - clean and very spacious. Chris is a wonderful host. He provided all the details early and responded to every query almost instantly. One very important factor of this apartment is the closeness to Männlichen station which we use daily.

Great location

There was no bedding for the second bed when we arrived and the host was uncontactable, only blind luck meant that the waitress at the restaurant we went to had been the cleaner and knew where the linen was. When we did get it, it was a single doona which was near impossible to share. There was not enough mugs or plates so we had to share coffee cups in the morning and eat off shared plates.
