Chez Julia

Located on a hill, above the town, beneath woods, beautiful scenic view. Parking. Easy access steps down by side of house onto terrace with table, chairs, loungers and tranquil open view. Glass door opens into open dining-kitchen-lounge space with panoramic windows and electric blinds. Single (trundle) bed behind front door, large sofa that can also be converted into a bed plus separate bedroom with double bed and walk in dressing. Spacious bathroom with toilet and paper and airfreshner, huge walk-in shower (no shower gel or shampoo), sink with hand soap, mirror, plenty clean towels, good lighting. There was orange juice, milk, butter, jam in the fridge which was a very pleasant surprise. Tea bags available as well as coffee capsules for the machine. Large, fresh, delicious macaroons for each of us on the table that were also unexpected and much appreciated. Coop, Micro, Denner grocery stores 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to buy whatever needed (though I'm sure host would've provided basics eg bread if requested.) Beds made with beautiful presented clean towels that were rolled and a chocolate heart for each person. Impeccable. Highly recommend if you want a quiet getaway. We walked into town to eat.

couldn't find a kettle to boil water, used a saucepan instead. Otherwise, VERY WELL EQUIPPED kitchen with dishes, glasses, cutlery, utensils, microwave, raclette machine, bar-b-q grill, oven, fridge with small freezer, clean dish clothes, oil and spices, etc.

The apartment is very modern furnished, the nature overall is amazing. Julia was very friendly and her instructions precise. I really appreciate the equipment of kitchen - very practical, all what you need is there. I recommend the stay by Julia.

Everything was perfect

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, the hosts welcomed us with warm hospitality and made us feel at home. A lovely surprise was waiting for us in the fridge – a delicious breakfast that was just what we needed after our trip. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, perfectly located for a relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings make the experience even better. The second time there, I felt exactly the same excitement as the first time. Everything was perfect down to the last detail. The hospitality was very generous. There was even handmade marmalade, milk, and juice in the fridge. A huge selection of coffee capsules, tea sachets, and even Ovaltine powder to use. They even provided spare shampoo and shower gel in case you hadn't brought your own. Everything that makes your stay easy was provided. I wish it were the same in all my destinations. Thank you, and please stay like that. 🙏 Plus; there are 2 big supermarkets very close by.

Really, there's nothing here to mention. Perhaps it's a bit isolated, but you know that in advance (or even desire it) before you book at Travelan.
