Studio JACKIE Interlaken

Good location very close to transport and shops.

Television not working for 3 nights of our stay. Was informed it will be repaired at 3.00pm next day but was never repaired. Bed springs very noisy at slights turn.

Interlaken is a beautiful place in Switzerland and after walking all day and exploring you really need that place to come back to and relax. This place was nice and cozy and I loved looking out the window and seeing the Swiss alps! When we first arrived we were lost, Super Mario came to our rescue and found us and brought us back to the apartment! He was very welcoming and made sure to answer any questions we had.

Good location and facilities.

If there was a washing machine in this house, it would be the perfect and the best hostel in Interlaken.

The bed was comfy, and the room was fairly big.

There was no ac, just a fan, there were bed bugs and dirty towels when I arrived. The checkout was at 10 am

A block away from Interlaken West train station, right next to the shopping district, and with a functional kitchen, this accommodation was ideal for a cost efficient stay for a couple in Interlaken. Mario was very friendly and accomodating to our arrival and departure times.

The flat is very functional, but maybe a tad impersonal.

On the website when I booked it showed garden view but there was no garden at all ..in fact the only view from my room was of the parking
