It is spacious and cozy. Super clean and all the necessary items were available. Special thank you for providing chocalates, fruits and sparkling water with milk capsules for coffee.

You have to climb to top (3rd floor) by stairs and carry luggage. I've managed but any senior people should take care of it. Otherwise everything is amazing !

The location is just perfect, right in the middle of centre of the small beautiful town of Spiez. Very spacious flat and the kitchen has everything you need!

Wir wurden beim Eintreffen mit einer Früchteschale und Schoggi überrascht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Lage fantastisch. Unsere Kinder liebten die Aussicht vom Balkon, die Nähe zum Spielplatz, dem Hafen und der Badi. Die Besitzerin war jederzeit erreichbar und in der Kommunikation sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Danke!

施皮茨小镇优美且安静，这家民宿就在湖边上第一排位置，打开窗户就能欣赏到无遮挡美景。房东给准备了齐全的厨具，各种杯子啊锅啊都有，我们连住了三晚每晚都开心的做饭了，我看到竟然还有芝士火锅厨具（我自己没用），不过都需要自己打扫收拾干净，连住期间无人来打扫。必须要说的一点是非常干净，这一点对于民宿来说很重要。床是一张大双人床，一张小双人床，还有一个类似于上下铺的小单人床吧，我觉得住五人没有问题。到了夜晚尤其安静，可以开一瓶红酒欣赏湖景。楼下就有一个儿童乐园，我们每天去和当地小朋友一起玩。我们全家都期待再次入住。

如果能有洗衣机就更好了。

We loved everything about this place! The host was very easy to reach and accommodating, if needed. The view was perfect! I loved having coffee each morning and a drink in the evening from the patio. Location was also great as we were able to get anywhere by bus and/or train.

We did encounter a fishy smell in the fridge and the beds were hard, however it didn't affect our stay.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung an interessanter Lage. Direkt am Wasser. Das Appartement ist mit viel Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtet. Die Dekorationen sind passend zum Namen "Ankerplatz". Alles ist auch farblich abgestimmt. Zudem waren Orchideen und Grünpflanzen in der Wohnung, was alles noch gemütlicher machte. Es fehlte an nichts. Man fühlte sich zu Hause. Als Willkommensgruss fanden wir Obst und Süssigkeiten vor. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Kleiner bémol: Das Gepäck muss alles auf die 4. Etage getragen werden, da kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden.

חדר שירותים אחד לשני זוגות חדר שינה קטן עם מיטה שצד אחד צמוד לקיר ומקשה מאד על הירידה. מתאים לילדים ולא למבוגרים 35 מדרגות לולייניות ללא מעלית לקומה הרביעית קשות לטיפוס למבוגרים.

Location was easy to find . Apartment was spacious with outdoor balcony space and the kitchen was very well equipped. Every little thing had been thought of. The views were wonderful, looking towards the snow capped mountains in the distance. The apartment is in very easy walking distance to the boat to Thun/Interlaken and the castle. Parking was just across the road in a garage. Our host was wonderful and answered any questions we had promptly. Thanks Annalise

The number of steps up to the apartment but it was worth it.
