"Nice place but some downsides"

Nicely decorated, modern appartment. Easy check-in and check-out procedure. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighbourhood.

We received a parking spot number that did not exist, therefore we did not know where to park our car. Garbage bags of previous guests were still standing on the balcony. Frying pan was not clean. Nearby church rings every (half?) hour, also at night.
