Apartment is good, clean with complete kitchen for a comfortable stay and cooking. Beds and sofas are comfortable. The balcony/terrace is really nice for a morning coffee, breakfast. Griwa staff was helpful when requested for help with the luggage.

At the time of booking, I chose an apartment with elevator, washing machine however there's no elevator to the apartment and our room is on the 3rd floor. To pick up the heavy baggage through a narrow stairs was very difficult. However, Griwa provided with support at the time of check out to get the bags down. The washing machine /dryer are at the ground floor and is on chargeable basis (2CHF per 1 hour). Only 2 disposable garbage bags were provided for 4 days stay. We had to buy 2 more bags from Griwa (each bag for 2 CHF). Shower gels, shampoo were not provided in the Bathroom (only 2 tiny bottles which are enough for one bath for one person).
