Nolla Apartment

Nolla Apartment was a fantastic choice for our ski holidays. And Daniel and Manuela made our stay very comfortable. On top, they offered us useful local tips and discount cards for a local restaurant and the thermal baths. The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained, with very comfy beds and a spacious living room. The extra towel bags for the local thermal bath that was quite useful. The fully equipped kitchen was amazing. It included a coffee, tea, and all the basic cooking ingredients. We could easily prepare from a small breakfast to a fancy dinner or classic Swiss dishes like fondue/raclette without any issues. Definitely a place we would like to return to. Thusis is a perfect spot at a 20-40 minute drive to access the main ski regions from Graubunden (Laax, Arosa/Lenzerhide, Davos, St Moritz).

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Very cozy apartment in a scenic location, and great value for money, especially during the ski season in that area. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need, beds were comfy, hosts very kind and flexible. There are even some extras in the apartment, like board games or extra set of towels in case one wants to go to the thermal. The drive to Flims ski area takes just 25 minutes; and there are also some smaller areas around (which we didn't check out). There is also a separate room for skis (or bikes in summer).

One of the bedrooms is not isolated (you ned to walk through it to get to the third bedroom). This didn't bother our kids though. Also, there is just one bathroom and if there are many people it may lead to bit of a waiting time. But again - nothing which cannot be managed. Overall, great impression from the stay, recommend to anyone!

Not an issue for us, but you do have to walk down a driveway on a hill, and then a bit further down to get to the entrance to the apt. The parking is about about 30 meters up the street.

Nolla Apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. Daniel and Manuela are fabulous hosts; helpful and available, yet completely respect the privacy of their guests. This is one of the best equipped apartments we've stayed in during our two dozen visits to Switzerland. We wanted for nothing and fully enjoyed our seven night stay. The apartment was spotless, spacious, well-maintained and comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a big bonus for us as we travel for a month at a time and washers and dryers can be hard to come by in Switzerland. We're already talking about a return visit.
