Ultilimately caught up with the owners, nice people

We found our way from the airport, by bus. Heading towards the units, a car pulled up, they were staying at the same retreat. They drove us to the units and showed us how to access our unit. We were very grateful as it was quite confusing,

"Nice studio but depending on the weather you may lack water"

We really enjoy the balcony and views. We rented a car and it was perfect.

They have a very strict water conservation policy that is not described in the listing. It is normal on the island when it does not rain to have periods of low pressure and problems with water. I didn't like that after paying and when I no longer had the possibility of a refund, an email arrived warning of the water shortage and to avoid toilet flash down. For the first 4 days I was stressed by messages describing how the water level in the tank was going down. . I couldn't use the washing machine. And in the end when the water reached 10%, the owners hired a truck with water and refilled the tank, that is, they knew perfectly well how to make sure that there was water, I think it would be better if they had warned of its limitations in advance, I wouldn't have booked.

Excellent hosts, great communication, welcome goodies provided to start you off was welcomed after a late flight, lovely gardens and pool with loungers to relax in, arranged airport transfers went smoothly, short walk to muri and restaurants, very comfortable, stayed in kupuka, upstairs, had a balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the view out to the garden and muri beach and breakers, would definately stay again.

- Simon and Denise were great at communication and we very lovely and knowledgeable about the area - Moko was so lovely, clean, tidy and had everything and more that we needed - Amazing facilities and easily sign posted
