Apart Hotel Las Terrazas Suite

Great apartment that is in absolutely great condition and like new. Has a good parking spot and building has washing and drying machines. Just be aware you must check in at a different location if paying on arrival.

The location was good with parking and good instructions on how to arrive use the door code, etc. Found everything impeccable and clean.

Only a very minor point: there was only 1 peg in the bathroom for hanging towels and there was no railing for a hand towel. With this slight improvement, the place would be super.

The instructions were very clear, we had good parking, and we found the apartment impeccably clean and new. We also had a beautiful view of the city of Chillan from the 15th floor of this apartment.

Only a minor recommendation to improve even further: - It would be nice to have a couple of pegs and/or railings in the bathroom to hang towels. There was only one peg in the bathroom.
