O flat é bem localizado, não é próximo da piscina então é bem tranquilo. Não tem barulho. E para duas pessoas o tamanho atende bem.

Falta de alguns utensílios como sabonete para as mãos, suporte para toalha de rosto, não tinha taças para vinho, a cama é desconfortável com as molas aparentes. O chuveiro elétrico não estava funcionando, tentamos contado com a proprietária e ainda assim não conseguimos resolver. Os lençóis eram velhos e não aparentavam estarem limpos. Precisa de algumas melhorias mas no geral, é bom.
