Localização excelente, limpeza, conforto, vaga de garagem espaçosa e acima de tudo, o cuidado e carinho da proprietária!

A anfitriã é muito boa, prestativa, simpática. o apartamento é limpo e funcional, e bem equipado.

A recepção simplesmente não tinha regitsro de que estavamos hospedados ali, e a noite nos deixou esperando pq questionava se estávamos ali para visitar alguém mesmo nós nos identificando. outra coisa, o prédio é grande, mas havaia apenas 1 elevador funcionando, totalmente incompatível.

A limpeza, organização e atendimento

Studio um brinco! Lindo, muito limpo e muito bem localizado. Predio com toda estrutura academia, piscinas , espaço Pet e estacionamento. Ótimo Atendimento dos prioritários.

Location is great, and the building has a lot of facilities, which means you can easily spend the whole day in the building. Lots of cafés and shops around, and also close to the business district, which can be important if you're traveling for work.

Always felt a bit of a cash grab. I flew from Europe, 1h immigration, 1h taxi and even though I asked to have oil and salt in the apartment, they told me I should go buy it myself. Also everything I asked was transactional. I understand we pay, and can be asked to pay more for some things, but always felt too cold and money driven.

The appartment is very well located and in an great appartment building with good facilities. The appartment itself is well decorated and consist of all needed items, including kitchen appliances allowing to cook, towels and bedsheets. Another good item is that the appartment has a parking spot and there is a small "padaria" around the corner.
