1. A demora tardia para limpeza do apartamento solicitada (era em torno da 16h30 que iniciaria (mas foi abdicada). 2. A máquina automática de "omo" estava parada, mas após solicitação - em algumas horas foi arrumada. 3. Elevador principal parado há mais de 3 (três dias) da semana de 18 a 25/01

"Boa localizacao, ape limpo e agradavel."

Boa localizacao, seguro, estacionamento seguro (fui de moto, mas la tb eh seguro para carro). Equipe do predio educada. A academia n tem nd demais, apenas 3 pares de alteres, um colchonete, esteira e bicicleta (q sinceramente n sei se estava funcionando). Apartamento aconchegante, limpo e fresco. Adoramos.

I did not expect such a nice views, they are great and much better than the pictures. Location is very good, the best to stay in Rio.

Kitchen amenities are probably the worst thing. Everything is old and limited. It would be amazing to have a filter for the tap water which is very frequent in apartments in the city.
