Local silencioso, boa localização, ar condicionado funciona bem.

A lâmpada sobre a mesa da copa estava queimada, os utensílios deixam a desejar, por exemplo, não tinha um prato para café da manhã. Não tinha orientações de onde deixar o lixo, a pia do banheiro é bem alta.
