You couldn't lock the windows and doors properly Little bit cold but the heater was fine for the night It would be great if coffee is provided (only tea)

Location and comfy bed. Bonus was a laundry facility on the ground floor of the apartment block!

We arrived on a Sunday and there was not much open. Top tip Santiago museums are closed on Mondays.

Unfortunately day after we left I found I was bitten by bedbugs. It happend to me before so I am pretty sure it was by bedbugs.

The apartment is small but totally fitted our needs. We just needed to rest for a couple of days in Santiago it was perfect. Great location with a lot of services around and very close to some spots to hang out. At the reception, at first, people might look not so nice but they will provide you the assistance you need, for sure. Ana, our host was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of information before and during our arrival. She did told us that Santiago was getting more and more dangerous and that we should be very careful when walking and going to places - this made us feel more unsafe than anything that actually happened in Santiago. We loved it and we would definitely go back to the city and to the flat. Make sure you stay there if you go to STGo. Top notch: good wi-fi most of the time, wc stuff for you to use if you forgot, hot shower

Despite the house being reasonably clean when we arrive, we noticed that it could be cleaner - nothing major, tho, but it wouldn't take much. Also, for next guests it would be nice to have some basic food products at the arrival. For sure going the extra mile wouldn't increase that much the price and it would make things easier for those who arrive.

This apartment was not clean, specially if you move the furnitire. the water heater was in very bad conditions with tartar on the inside, I had to ask the owner to replace it as it was not acceptable to use. The only table it has that could serve as a dinner table, is very tall and the chairs are normal size so I had no place to eat while sitting. The bed is old and makes a lot of noise when you move. The location is not great, I arrived to signs at the door of the building asking for caution as they could rob you in the street. I also had a very bad experience with the owner as they wouldn't let me receive visits claiming it was a country rule, which I was not able to find anything in government websites about it. Which I think could be homophobia. Of course they ended up letting me have visitors after 2 days of arguing. I could never recommend this appartment to anyone.
