Atendimento da Sra Eva excepcional... Chegamos denoite na sexta feira no qual estava chovendo e a Dona Eva nos recebeu com toda cordialidade e foi até ao nosso carro com guarda chuvas para não nos molharmos. Quarto limpo e organizado... Roupas da cama limpas e perfumadas. Café da manhã bem completo. Atendimento impecável e acolhedor... Melhor que muitos hotéis de Gramado. Parabéns Sra Eva!!
