Apartment is right in middle of the town. It is very convenient to shopping, groceries, and restaurants. Apartment is a good value overall. Smaller apartment but it is in great condition and well maintained. It has everything you need for a short stay. The apartment comes with a parking spot which is needed in the center of the city. Just be aware that the parking spot is very tight so best if you have a small car to utilize.

Elevator problems in the building over a busy weekend which was a hassle. Hopefully just a one off issue and it was not apartment owner's issue.

The keys were an app we were not aware we had to download. I am older and not familiar with downloading apps. It was frustrating to download. However after the download was complete all was fine.

There was confusion who would be collecting the rental payment. Booking.com were not helpful at all clearing this matter up. Our host was very patient awaiting the money owed to her. Thanking her once again for her patience. Also one elevator was not working. This caused the remaining one to be very busy. We end up climbing a lot of stairs to avoid waiting. I am sure this issue has been resolved by now.

Really lovely clean and modern apartment in a great location and with everything you could need, however the check in process was really difficult. It required me to download an app and also to have both signal/wifi and battery to access the property. Even after download i coukd not access the apartment and had to contact the owner before I could gain access. She answered quickly and was very helpful in helping me get in. The method and time of payment was not clear and the owner messaged at 10pm to request that I come down to the lobby immediately to pay her as she would not be around tomorrow. I was super tired and already ready for sleeping so I had to get dressed to go and pay her. Lovely place but shame about the difficult check in and lack of clarity and inconvenient timing of when I had to pay. Booking.com also advertised a different total price to me the guest and the owner. So we had an awkward conversation and I ended up paying 10000clp more than I expected. I was also contacted in the morning prior to check out time via the internal phone so I felt pretty rushed when leaving.

In the city center. Clean amd comfy. Good price. Safe place in underground garage for car.
