O espaço é excelente, bem arejado, pertinho da praia e tem todas as comodidades para uma família , desde utensílios da cozinha a máquina de lavar e outros eletrodomesticos. O condomínio conta com um mercadinho e tem várias opções de restaurantes próximos, fica bem pertinho da praia..
