Location. Really easy to get around Santiago. Don't stay here unless you speak spanish and can blend into the area well. This is not for tourists. The Security staff was great, they were very helpful and kind. They kept us from making any bad mistakes that could have gotten us hurt or worse.

Lots of things. No one was there to meet us, Security guards did not know we were coming. This is actually an apartment in a low-income area of Santiago. This is an unsafe area. The building is noisy.

It is really close to the main bus terminal and the acomodation was okey, not bad, not modern, it is functional.

It is too expensive for what you get. It should be half of the price. The surroundings are not good, it is not the best quota, just close to the bus terminal. 43uds per night? You get that in cities like Sydney or Europe for a small apartment aswell.

 Convenient and comfortable stay, just a short walk from the main bus station of the city. The block of flats are manned by security who managed the check in process, made for a quick and simple check in (although must have cash!)

The area itself felt very unsafe, would not recommend walking to / from the bus station after dark

everything was SUPER dirty. it stank when we walked in, literally a gray layer of dust EVERYWHERE even on the chairs. i dont think the shower has been cleaned in a while either. if youre gonna charge a 12$ cleaning fee at least clean it. location made us feel unsafe too, a lot of noise outside so we werent able to sleep with the window open despite the heat. wouldnt recommend, don’t understand how its been rated an 8

The location is good, close to the metro, close to the bus station and close to a big supermarket. The room is spacious and has everything you need. Good price.

First the check-in was strange, no information from the owner and you have to communicate with the security at the entrance of the building. Things would be easier if you can speak Spanish ofcourse. The apartment was not very clean, maybe the floor was mopped, but the windows were dirty, many cigarettes of previous people on the balcony, the carpet in the bedroom is dirty and not cleaned, and the walls are just dirty. At night some bugs come out and wander around the bathroom and kitchen. The pans provided were both too big so you can only use one at a time. It was hot in the night, would have loved to keep a window open but there is just so much noise outside. The noise just continues 24/7, it's very close to very busy streets plus these buildings are just huge and crowded.
