"Departamento cómodo, limpio y con excelente ubicación"

El departamento cumplió con nuestras espectactivas considerando precio-calidad. El edificio es de 31 pisos y nosotros estuvimos en el piso 29. La conserjería trabaja las 24 hs y hay vigilancia en los pasillos. La seguridad es 100 puntos. Las vistas de la ciudad son muy lindas. Tiene cochera techada también con cámaras y seguridad para ingresar. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue muy fluída y amable.

El estacionamiento no está considerado en la tarifa. Te la cobran a parte y sólo con efectivo. No me avisaron al momento de reservar por lo que no tuvimos muchas alternativas. Tuvimos que aceptar el costo porque ya estábamos en el lugar.

El lugar super bien ubicado, las instalaciones excelentes, muy buena locomoción a una cuadra del metro, con conectividad donde quieras ir 😊

El único problema fue que el ascensor estaba dañado cuándo nos íbamos y tuvimos que bajar 29 pisos con bolsos, pero eso es problema del edificio.
