El lugar es muy tranquilo y las personas de recepción muy amables. El apartamento estaba limpio y muy bien equipado. La vista al mar era muy bonita y contaba con terraza amplia. Fácil llegar y con fácil acceso a transporte público para los desplazamientos a viña y valparaiso. La anfitriona estuvo pendiente de nosotros.

Le hace falta mantenimiento en relación con algunas humedades que afectaban un poco la estética del apartamento. El gas y el agua a veces perdían presión, pero en general no tuvimos inconvenientes. Uno de los colchones de las camas sencillas necesitaba cambio, pero las demás camas eran cómodas.

La ubicación

Mal equipado. Tenían solo un cuchilla de cocina, camas de la 2 pieza están muy dañadas, sillas del comedor sueltas. Los enchufes no funcionan los de la segunda pieza. Cecilia la persona que coordina me ofreció traer un alargador y nunca apareció. Adicionalmente, no te dicen que te cobrarán un servicio de aseo de 25,000 pesos en las condiciones de reserva en Booking, cuando ya esas en departamento te entregan un cuaderno donde supuestamente dice eso.
