View, location. Kitchen equipped with cutlery, crockery etc. front reception staff.

Tiny kitchen. The cold water tap in the kitchen was just a dribble. Difficult to prepare meals, simple sandwich and toast wash up. Small bathroom with nowhere to put wash necessities around the sink. We also had to chase up our change and ended up writing off the last 1000 owed.

Located on the beach front, limited beach views and the unit very small. Need some reno's as a bit dated.

Bathroom & kitchen area's are is very small.

Buena ubicación sobre todo si no andas en auto, literal cerca de todo lo que necesitas. Hay que considerar que estar cerca de la playa y de la calle principal genera un ruido ambiental y estar en el primer piso abrir las cortinas puede quitar un poco de privacidad. Particularmente a mí no me estresó ese tema.

Es un edificio antiguo y algunas zonas del departamento necesitan actualizarse: la ducha, el clóset, la estufa

Lo cómodo que es el departamento, la vista, la ubicación.

Perfect location. Just at the seaside. Great view.

Inside of the flat is very old and ruined. The floors, doors, bathroom must be renewed. The flat did not seem clean. There was an oily hair smell on the pillows. We thought the linens were not changed after the previoıs customer and could not use the pillows. In Chile, if you are a foreign tourist, you are exempt from the 19% tax. In other places we stayed, we did not pay it when we showed our pasaports and immigration document. The owner of this flat asked us to pay the total amount and tax via bank transfer. She does not accept credit card. As a foreign person it is not so easy to make the transfer to a local bank and we had to pay in cash. Unfortunately she insisted on getting the tax too. The payment was in cash and she did not give us any document. So we really don’t know what happened to the tax we paid. It was really unfair.
