VALYAK rent apart hotel - Servicios Integrales

My partner and I recently stayed for 6 nights here and felt comfortable throughout our stay. It is a small apartment that is well equipped with a nice garden area in a pleasant residential area close to the centre of Punta Arenas and all amenities. The host Alejandro was friendly and helpful.

It would have been nicer if there were a sitting area. That would mean removing some of the beds (5). It was a small apartment that was fine for 2 people but would have been very cramped if 5 people were there.

I liked everything. The apartment is very well located, well equipped, clean, cozy, calm... And the hosts are super friendly and helpful. Excellent.

Even if we arrived late in the night , they were waiting for us. The house is comfortable and in a good position.

Very nice hosts. Room is quiet and clean and has 2 separate bedrooms along with a full kitchen. They informally reserve a parking space on the street with an orange cone. Good value for spending a quick night in Punta Arenas on the way someplace else.

Rooms are a bit dark and the kitchen area is very small, but we didn't spend much time there so not a problem.

Excellent, comfortable and equipped apartment within a short walk from the Centro.

Great hosts who gave good recommendations. Very nice place with pretty gardens.
