Kezan Condo Hotel

Everything. The Facilities are International level Standard, everything is very clean. The staff is very friendly, going extra milde to delivery high quality service. Very much please. Decided to stay here, even with business to attend in Futian. The Metro time commutting is worth the stay.

The apartment is great. I stayed with a colleague and we were participating in an exhibition opposite the hotel (across the road) at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. The apartments are next to Hilton Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. The apartments were not overpriced and walking distance to the exhibition centre. I would recommend getting a WeChat app on your phone. I asked the Apartment staff to buy something for me and they were very helpful and we were in contact by WeChat. Walking distance from the Apartments there are a few restaurants and a small craft beer bar, which was great in the evening. The nearest underground station is Shenzen World North (line20) and from there it is a walking distance (across the road).

It was not easy to find the apartment as the taxi drivers did not know the address (even written in Chinese). The apartment is next to Hilton Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, so aim for that and you can walk from there as it is 2min walk. We were walking looking for a building which looked like the photo of building and we found it OK. Downside was we couldn't pay Mastercard so we paid in cash. But best to communicate with the apartments by email and they are very responsive.
