"Serviceable short stay place, basics covered. No Wifi."

Located near a Chipacha shopping Mall so only a 10min walk to get pretty much anything you need. The area is OK, but we preferred to stay in the apartment at night. Luckily Mr Nelson was helpful with directions of what is round the area. Cable TV was most welcome. This is a secure apartment so we could park our bikes inside the gated area.

Cash only. Shower leaked, place needs a chopping board, more knives, a cloth for the kitchen and more importantly Wifi! I put these here as suggestions more than criticisms, as I think the place could become better. The bare minimum was placed in the apartment to make it serviceable but it has lots of potential.

"Beautiful neighborhood and safety"

Greatest spot of the City. You have the CHIPICHAPE mall by 15 min walking. Very safety neighborhood. Nice TV, air conditioner, so clean bedroom. Also you have a kitchen in there.
