The view and the person who helps around the property was very nice.

The management is rude, and instead of providing solutions they said my guest had to sleep in a broken sofa bed. The sofa bed was very small and did not fit an average size person. The manager also said we should share beds as some of them where full size, which for religious and cultural reasons some of them were not able to. The place although new construction is not insulated and it get very cold at night 46°F, the lack of insulation made it very difficult to stay warm. We were asked to bring bedding and heaters, something that was impossible to do for us, and with such short notice. There was a small space heater provided which was used in one of the rooms, as my family member are older. There were also an enormous amount of mosquitoes inside the place I counted at least 50 in one of the corners. Although a cute concept and beautiful view, this place needs to change their management and rectify the insulation and pest issues. I was provided with a 9.09% discount for our troubles, and not 15% as they informed booking (this place only accepts cash as payment).

Magnificent view of Playa Blanca from apartment. Beautiful surrounding and scenic walk to lookout point and beach below. Friendly & helpful staff (who lent us some cooking equipment). Very quiet (no street noise whatsoever). Very comfortable beds (all new).

The kitchen equipment is very basic, limiting the cooking possibilities, especially for families with kids. Considering the remote location (nearest restaurant 1 km) and the fantastic view (excellent place for having a relaxed dinner at home), it would be practical to have a greater variety of crockery (bowls, pots, sharp knives) and a more powerful stove.

Nice vacation house, very nice view on the lake. Beautiful place. Friendly and helpful host. On walking distance of restaurant and Playa Blanca. Would definitely recommend.

Equipment in kitchen was somewhat limited, but as we were informed upfront of what was available, that was no problem at all. Unfortunately Playa Blanca was closed, but that is of course not something the host could do anything about.
