There is no breakfast in the building as this is an apartment, but there are shops and cafes to eat morning breakfast nearby. The location is good, roads are closed due to ongoing construction. A few blocks away towards carrera 7 a shopping mall is available and surrounding restaurants.

The ongoing metro construction something that may cause inconvenience to arriving guests. But again is to improve local transportation and alíviate street congestion .
