Ubicación increíble! cerca del centro y del mar

La cercanía a la playa de bocagrande, el apto acogedor y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos agradables días en familia y buena comunicación con la anfitriona.

El edificio es muy antiguo y quedamos por unos minutos atorados en el ascensor y otra cosa por mejorar sería el horario de la piscina.

La ubicación excelente. A una cuadra un centro comercial, un d1, un olímpica, a 2 cuadras un ara, el mar a una cuadra y en general mucho comercio en la zona.

Se fue la luz por más de 4 horas y se sintió mucho el calor. El edificio está viejo y un poco feo pero el apartamento sí está bonito, cómodo, aseado y moderno.

El apartamento cómodo, la ubicación genial, cerca olímpica, D1, cajeros, la señora Carla muy amable, atenta a las inquietudes nuestras, Yurmani, es la persona que nos recibió, nos recomendó agencia para los tours, todo el tiempo estuvo atenta., cuando vuelva volveré a este apartamento. Lo súper recomiendo. Señor Carlos, señoras Carla, Yurmari gracias totales.

Very nice location

We were pleasantly surprised. Carla was so nice and helpful. Communication was quick and good. The front desk guy was nice. The pool was from 8-4. Which worked for us. The room was large and the couches were made into beds for our kids in advance which was kind. We slept well. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was great too. The Internet was fast and TV had Netflix. The location was perfect. We felt so safe there, and the walking in the area was great. Three supermarkets within two blocks and the beach across the street.

The place was clean, confortable, with cold AC. The owner Carla and her assistant Yusmary were a pleasure to work with. They are accommodating, excellent communication and great to deal with. Excellent value and fantastic location.

The condo is very nice, the condo building is older. Just a disclosure the condo is in the fifth floor and the elevator only goes to the 4th floor. If you have have heavy suitcases or have mobility issues this may have an impact.

Location

The apartment furniture is old, the painting color of the bathroom (wall and floor) did not give a touch of fresh air. I did not see any insects or any stains.
