Excellent apartment. Very comfortable, very good size apartment. Well equipped. The master bedroom has its own private balcony with a hammock. Very good size and private bathroom. The apartment building is very well kept. The gardens and pool area are beautiful. The complex is next to a shopping mall with restaurants and shops and pharmacy stores. ATM service as well. A very pleasant shopping mall. Good gym. Very quiet and calm apartment complex. Carulla a well known supermarket chain in Colombia is in the shopping mall. Owners or renters of the apartment complex can take the cart to the building and apartment and the carts are left in the first floor next to the elevators. I have no complaints at all except for those who like hot water in the showers this apartment didn’t have hot water.

The only thing I didn’t like is that the apartment complex has no direct or private access to the ocean and beach. It is two blocks away. It was a surprise to me when I got there. I thought the complex had direct and private access to the beach and ocean. The 4 or 5 lower floors of the building have no view of the ocean. The higher floors of the building do have view of the ocean. Besides these unpleasant reviews I would definitely come back.

I travelled with my family and we really like the apartment, it is spacious, comfortable, very clean and provides you with security. Mrs. Myriam very kind and always attentive and aware of all the details. Highly recommended

Everything. The host was incredible. She sent us indications from day one to make our stay easier. I have a baby and she let us earlier check in and late check out which made our journey much easier. Also the apartment was incredible: very comfortable, super clean and fantastic location. The facilities of the building were great, we loved the swimming pools and jacuzzis. If I go back to Santa Marta, I'll stay again.
