Alojamiento muy acogedor, decoración muy cuidada y gran atención del personal. Nos ayudaron con los traslados al aeropuerto y pudimos dejar las maletas en consigna sin problema. Rodeado de gran opción de restaurantes y cafeterías. Muy recomendado

Algo ruidoso por la zona en la que se encuentra con mucho tráfico.

We had an amazing stay at La casa de Nelly in Medellín with my boys. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond to any request. The location is excellent, we were able to walk to many nearby attractions, and the pickup point for tours to places like Guatapé is also just a short walk away, which made everything very easy and convenient. Is very clean and spacious, with free water and coffee available at all times. All the amenities provided are exactly as described, and the laundry service is offered at a very reasonable price. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Zeer mooie ruimtes, proper, heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel, goede faciliteiten, heel veilig/goede afsluiting mogelijk, locatie op wandelafstand van leuke bars enz

1 minpunt was het nachtelijk lawaai. We sliepen aan de straatkant en hoewel er geen ramen zijn in de kamer, kwam het straatlawaai van auto's enz heel de nacht door de muur. Ik vermoed echter dat je daar in de andere kamers geen last van hebt.
