Olive Living Suites by HOUSY

Our second time in two years at Olive by Housy. The 1 BR we booked originally was small and ill-equipped and the WiFi did not work so we upgraded after one night to a spacious 2 BR. The space was great - 120m -with 2 BR and 2 baths. Showers and hot water were good. Security was efficient and the guards were friendly. The smallish gym worked as long as you were the only one there. My wife tried out the steam, sauna and jacuzzi and surprisingly, these worked. Parking was easy and secure.

The kitchen was poorly equipped. The frying pans and other items were in dreadful condition and we had to ask for replacements. There were only two drinking water glasses and we had to request more. In general, the kitchen facilities were sub-standard. The apartment faced the main highway and the constant flow of motorbikes was noisy. There was a petrol station directly across the road. But if you overlooked this, the scenery was nice. The constant traffic noise took some getting used to but it was not bad in the master bedroom which was further away from the front facing the road. The person from the host who was assigned to us was not particularly helpful. The host needs to pay close attention to the kitchen facilities - pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc. These need to be upgraded. The frying pan had lost its coating and was unusable. A toaster would have helped. The bed linen needs a similar upgrade.

El lugar es un lugar muy bonito, bastante cómodo y la verdad quedamos muy contentos.

como oportunidad de mejora, sería bueno incluir quizas un día de limpieza ligera si uno se queda mas de dos días. es todo!

The location had a beautiful view

There was no heat (it was cold and the one portable heater didn't work); the bed situation was terrible, not as many pillows as shown in the photos, not enough blankets, uncomfortable mattresses. The kitchen cookware was unbelievably bad. They look like they'd been out with the armed forces for years. We left after the first night because it was so bad.

Location is excellent and the weather is great. I love it.

La locación es buena, el servicio de seguridad del edificio muy bueno

El apartamento no estaba en las mejores condiciones, uno de los sanitarios estaba tapado y nunca fueron a destaparlo por lo cual durante toda mi estancia 4 personas utilizamos un solo baño. La cocina tenia las ollas quemadas que cuando cocinabas soltaba el teflon, tuve que comprar ollas para poder cocinar, no habían suficientes platos ni vasos. Los televisores nunca funcionaron, un cuarto solo tenia poca luz porque los bombillos estaban quemados ,no había suficiente luz. La sala tenia el mueble y la alfombra sucia. El baño principal tenia unas gavetas que no pertenecían allí que estaban mal colocadas que le podían caer a alguien encima. El enchufe del baño no servia, y había un pedazo de madera en la puerta que se soltaba y nos hacia resbalar. En la parte del jacuzzi estaba empolvado con las plantas quemadas y se metía el agua al llover a las escaleras. En realidad no fue una estancia grata para nosotros. Estuve pidiendo que me Ayudaran con varias cosas la mas importante el destapar el sanitario y llegaron a ayudarme 2 días antes de mi check- out. La persona que fue Vanesa le hice un recorrido y le señale todos los detalles estuvo de acuerdo conmigo que no estaba nada a los estándares que ofrecieron en su listado. La verdad me pareció muy mal el servicio y si yo fuera la dueña del lugar estaría muy molesta porque no le están dando el mantenimiento ni la atención a detalles básicos como limpieza.

As camas tinham PULGAS. Fomos todos ferrados por pulgas nas camas!! Avisamos o funcionário, que nem me respondeu. 2) era frio e não tinha ar condicionado!
