Mayor limpieza, mantenimiento del apto y el ingreso y salida del edificio después de la lluvia, fue desastroso, con lodo hasta las rodillas

Location, kitchen, 3 toilets and terrace with great views to the ocean.

We asked the agency if the apartment had elevator, as my auntie has knee problems with a lot of pain, and they said yes, but only at the property they told us the elevator doesn’t go to the floor our flat was in. So it was very hard for her and a great disappointment for us. Also, there was mold everywhere, which was not listed on the descriptions about the property. it was very smelly and the toilet next to the kitchen had literally a hole connected to the first floor reception desk. Finally, the front desk staff were very rude and unfriendly with 0 hospitality skills.
